Refund policy

Floor Runner has a no cancellation/no returns policy. All of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor, and therefore Floor Runner does not accept returns. 

With that being said, we stand behind all of our products and services. If a product comes in cracked, broken, or has any other defects, we will get replacements out to you as soon as we can. We provide prompt customer service and "have your back".
